Hi! I am a 60+ Certified Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, Martial Arts Teacher, and Nutritionist. These exercises follow the K.I.S.S. Rule - Keep it Simple Stupid! : ) You won't find anything fancy here. No complicated steps or choreography. Mostly just walking and marching in place. If you would like to add wrist and ankle weights, that's great but not necessary. You could even grab some light dumbbells to hold throughout. There's no music so you can clearly hear the instruction. But feel free to add your own favorite music. The main point of this channel is just to help you get up off the couch and start moving. Enjoy! PLEASE CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE PERFORMING THESE OR ANY EXERCISES.
