I really appreciate everyone that says I look great AS IS. But it is more about my health and energy than anything. 30+ pounds is a risk factor for covid. And since my ideal weight is around 130, that's 50 lbs of excess weight I am carrying. It's hard on my joints, my heart, and my energy level. It makes me less motivated to do exercise, even yoga. So, thank you. I love your comments but I really need to do this for my health. And, if I happen to get a little hotter, that's ok too. ; ) Hi!
